EVENT: Yorkville Exotics Car Show

The first annual Yorkville Exotic Car Show will be taking place this Saturday July 10, 2010 in our area. Enclosed are the details from their official press release via their official website:

“The Bloor-Yorkville Business Improvement Area welcomes the Porsche Club of America and the Ferrari Club of America to the inaugural Yorkville Exotic Car Show presented by OnWall Solutions on July 10 2010. Yorkville Avenue, Bellair Street & Cumberland Street will be closed to traffic between Old York Lane and Bellair Street for the entire day. Toronto’s most celebrated neighbourhood of style and culture will play host to an impressive display of highly coveted vehicles, including the Ferrari Enzo, 2009 Ferrari 16M, 1956 Porsche 356 Speedster, 1964 Porsche 356 SC Coupe, a Carrera GT and the 1996 Porsche GT1, one of only three in Canada and 17 in the world…”

Exotic cars will be cruising through our streets between 11:30AM – 5:00PM. It’s a one-time chance to see some amazing rides on a hot Summer day in the heart of downtown Toronto. Sponsorship money from the event will be donated to the SickKids Foundation.

In celebration of this inaugural event, Over the Rainbow will also be introducing its new Saturday Store Hours! All this means from now on, we will be open one extra hour until 7:00PM every Saturday! That means more time for you to shop at our 50% OFF Sale and save big!
