One of our bigger events (and memorable) deserved its own blog page; Joel’s Movember campaign – http://insiderainbow.com/movember-canada-joel-carman/

We had 2 events in store, the first was the kick-off Shave Day on November 1st which to everyone’s surprise (especially Joel)  helped us raise over $25,000 in one day and surpass Joel’s goal to shave off his moustache. The following weeks leading to the end of November, and inevitably Joel shaving off his own 40 year old moustache, brought about a flurry of activity and attention both from our own customers and the media. In the end, Joel has raised over $41,000 for Prostate Cancer Canada.  We want to thank every single person who have reached out and donated to such a good cause.

It was great to end the year on a high note and we want to continue this positive vibe onto 2012! We’ve got some amazing events and contests planned for the year, and we’re excited to get the ball rolling. We hope you join us for what’s in store by tuning in to our blog and social media outlets.

Just a couple of housekeeping notes for this month below:

• Our Boxing Week sales continue on until we sell out on our Fall/Winter merchandise. 50% off selected denim & outerwear (Canada Goose is regular price), and 30% off fashion items. There have already been further reductions at 70% off as well.
• Store Hours returns to our regular schedule starting next week: Monday – Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm; Thursday & Friday – 10 am to 8 pm; Saturday – 10 am to 7 pm; Sunday – 12 pm to 6 pm
• New merchandise will be arriving at our store weekly, keep an eye out on the Hot & Fresh section on www.rainbowjeans.com
