Why save the date? Because for the first time, Over the Rainbow is kicking off its 35th Anniversary with a one-of-a-kind Shopping Weekend! Since it’s now the back-to-school shopping season, Over the Rainbow wanted to throw something special for all the loyal customers that have been shopping with this family boutique for 35 years.
