TRADESHOW RECAP: Pitti Uomo #78

Before taking a much-needed vacation, some of our buying team managed to attend last week’s Pitti Uomo tradeshow in Florence, Italy. Now in it’s 78th edition, Pitti Uomo hosts over 1,000 collections showcased to 32,000 attendees from around the world. Close to 7,000 visitors came from overseas to view Spring 2011  previews. Our buying team found some amazing new leads, including one of the hottest new denim brands now in Europe, as well as some new Japanese labels. We cannot reveal names yet, but we will be updating you on more tradeshow recaps as the new buying season moves along…
